Restorative Yoga in Portland

Fully supported, prop-heavy postures held for ten minutes or more — the most grounded class on our schedule.

Restorative Yoga uses bolsters, blankets and blocks to fully support the body in a small number of gentle shapes, each held for ten minutes or more. It is the most grounded of our offerings, built for rest rather than effort.

What We Offer

  • 75-minute, fully supported, prop-heavy sequences
  • Soft lighting, a warm room and quiet music
  • Guided relaxation and breath awareness throughout
  • Props provided for every posture, no experience needed
  • A longer closing rest at the end of class

How to Book

Reserve a spot online before arriving; space is limited so the room stays calm and uncrowded. Arrive a few minutes early, change into comfortable layers and leave your phone at the front desk.

Price

A single Restorative class is $28 drop-in and is included in every class pack and the monthly unlimited membership.

Questions

Who is Restorative Yoga for?

Anyone who wants rest: students recovering from a demanding week, an injury, or simply looking for a slower practice than Vinyasa Flow.

Do I need to be flexible?

No. Every posture is fully supported with props, so the class asks for stillness rather than flexibility or strength.
