About Us
Sagebrook Yoga Studio began with a simple idea: yoga does not need to be loud, fast or competitive to be effective. We wanted a room where a new student could walk in nervous and leave calm, and where a longtime practitioner could slow down without feeling like they were doing less.
The studio sits in a converted storefront with tall windows that fill the room with morning light. We kept the space simple on purpose: wood floors, linen curtains, a few plants, and enough open floor for every mat to have room to breathe.
What Guides Us
- A slower, more intentional alternative to high-intensity gym culture
- Small classes, so teachers can give real, hands-on attention
- A varied weekly schedule, from an energizing flow to a fully supported rest
- A genuinely free first class for every new student, no strings attached
Who Teaches Here
Our teachers each bring a different practice: a steady Vinyasa flow, a slow and supported Yin or Restorative class, and a seated Breathwork session built entirely around the breath. Between them, there is a class here for a first-timer and a ten-year practitioner alike.
